How to Apply

Cecil has a rolling admissions process, meaning there is no deadline to apply for the upcoming semester. You can apply anytime throughout the year at no cost to you. You will receive your acceptance letter by U.S. mail within 1-2 weeks of application.

New Student

New Student: First time college student or first time student at Cecil

Returning Student

Returning Student: If you have previously attended Cecil more than two years ago

Nursing Student

Nursing Student: There is a selective admissions process for the Nursing Program

International Student

International Student: If you reside outside the United States

Recent Applicant

Recent Applicant: If you have applied within the past two to four weeks

Transfer Student

Transfer Student: If you are transferring to Cecil from another college

Under 16 Student

Under 16 Student: If you are 16 years of age or younger

Veteran

Veteran: If you are serving or have served in the Armed Forces
