How much does it cost to attend Cecil College?

Does Cecil offer more than one payment plan?
There is a fall payment plan and a spring payment plan for credit students. Certain non-credit courses also qualify. For more information about payment plans, please refer to the section on "Payment Options".

Can I use the payment plan if I am taking a nine-week course?
Courses must be longer than 3 months and greater than $300.00 in order to use a payment plan. Please see the section on "Payment Plans" for more detail.

What are the other costs beyond Tuition & Fees?
The cost beyond tuition and fees will vary depending on individual circumstances. For more information regarding cost of attendance, refer to Estimate Your Semester Costs. If you are eligible for Financial Aid, refer to the Net Cost Calculator.

What is a course fee?
Course fees partially offset costs to provide various classroom materials and equipment, including instructional equipment, lab and classroom supplies, computer paper, and software.

How can my parents/grandparents pay for my courses?
After registering for classes, you can give parental consent to parents or grandparents so that they have access to make payments for you through the student portal at: MyCecil. If you prefer not to give access to your student records, payments can be made on your behalf by calling a cashier at 410-287-1020.

How do I apply for Financial Aid?
In 2011, Cecil students received more than $4.7 million in grants and scholarships. The first step in applying for financial aid is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
