Clubs & Organizations

Students at Cecil have the opportunity to join any of our clubs and organizations. Coordinated through the Student Life Office, these groups plan events, participate in College and community functions and simply provide a place for interested students to gather. Students are encouraged to start new clubs also. Contact the Student Life Office at studentlife@cecil.edu if you have questions or want to know more.

Our current clubs include:

• AAT (Alpha Alpha Theta), our Honor Society
• Allies, a support and social networking group
• Art Club, a fine arts interest group
• Cheerleading, full of Seahawk spirit
• Green Cecil, promoting environmental issues
• Multicultural Student Union (MSU), a support and programming group
• Onstage!, a performing arts interest group
• Silver Seahawks, returning adult students
• Student Government Association (SGA), a programming and advocacy group representing all students
• Student Nurses Association, open to nursing majors
• Visual Communications Club, exploring visual media.

Each group works with a faculty advisor.
