• The Milburn Stone Theatre seats 486 patrons; 344 seats on the floor and 142 in the balcony
• 8 handicap accessible seats
• Main floor entry
• Two full-sized dressing rooms equipped with outlets, bathroom stalls, and showers

NOTE: All potential renters must fill out a Technical Rider to be reviewed by theatre staff.
