Located just off Route 40 and Landing Lane is Cecil College's Family Education Center, which serves Cecil County's young parents and their children. The center is also home to Early Head Start, Head Start and Judy Center, and it also provides private pay childcare.
The Family Education Center has facilities for infants and toddlers as well as specific classroom spaces for 2-to-5-year-olds.
